  WC3/25-HFFRP补偿导线规格-亨利电缆,如参比端温度约20℃,测量值如在3.928±0.150mV范围内,则可判断这种补偿导线的分度号是K。3.928是K分度号热电偶100℃和20℃时热电势的差值,0.150是K分度号普通级补偿导线的允差。

  R、S分度号热电偶的补偿导线同称为铂铑-铂的热电偶有R、S两种分度号,分别代表铂铑13-铂和铂铑10-铂热电偶,前者在国内应用较少,但其热电势较大(1600℃时R、S分度热电偶的热电势分别为18.849mV和16.777mV),而在低温段100℃时两者基本一致(R、S分度号的热电势分别为0.647mV和0.646mV),200℃时稍有差别(R、S分度号的热电势分别为1.467mV和1.441mV),所以目前国内市场上R、S分度号的补偿导线是通用的。如将市场上通常采购得到的S分度号的补偿导线用于R分度号的热电偶,在100℃以下无误差,即使到了耐热用补偿导线的极限温度200℃,当热电偶的热端温度分别为600℃、1000℃、1300℃
